Jimmy Eat World New Album Preview: What We Know and What We Can Expect
Jimmy Eat World have officially teased at a new album announcement coming soon, and we thought we’d give you an idea of what to expect from the new album.
The album will be coming out in the fall, and you can expect a tour to come with it. Jimmy Eat World have already announced a few tour dates, one of which is in Spain. Since most bands don’t travel to a different continent for just one show, you can most likely expect to see some European tour dates added. The same goes for US tour dates, Jimmy Eat World have a few shows at some US Festivals and there’s a pretty good chance they could throw a few more shows in between the weekends they play the festivals.
As for the actual album, here’s what we know:
The album is rumored to be called, Integrity Blues, with an Oct. 21 release date.
The band recorded the album in Los Angeles this past spring, some of which was recorded at Sunset Sound. It was produced by Justin Meldal-Johnsen, who has also worked with Paramore, Beck, Nine Inch Nails, M83 and more. Some songs you can most likely expect to hear on the album were played on Jim’s solo tour last summer, including Get Right, and Integrity Blues.
Get Right/ Destination Addicted:
From the preview posted on the official site, it sounds like this album is going to be much heavier than any previous Jimmy Eat World album.
