Jimmy Eat World Sign To RCA/Dine Alone Records

With the announcement of the much anticipated album 8, “Damage,” coming out June 11th, Jimmy Eat World have also announced they are no longer independent.

The band has signed to RCA/Dine Alone Records.

“Dine Alone Records is proud to announce the addition of Jimmy Eat World to their roster. The band will release their eighth studio album, Damage, on June 11.”


Damage was produced by Jimmy Eat World and Alain Johannes (Mark Lanegan, Chris Cornell) and recorded in the Fall of 2012 at the producer’s Los Angeles home studio while mixing duties were left to James Brown’s astute hand (Sound City, NIN, The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart). The album features 10 tracks of new material.Damage will be supported with a world tour beginning in May. More details will be announced soon.
